From June 10 to 12, 2026, the final international meeting of the Erasmus+ project INCLUVET took place in Backaskog, Kristianstad, Sweden. The project brought together education professionals from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Cyprus, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, and Turkey, all working collaboratively toward a shared goal: enhancing inclusive vocational education and training (VET).
The primary objective of the INCLUVET project has been to promote inclusive practices in vocational education by developing practical learning materials and methodologies that support the diverse needs of learners. Throughout the project, partners have worked closely to exchange knowledge, share experiences, and create resources aimed at improving accessibility and equality in vocational learning environments.
During the final meeting in Sweden, participants reviewed the overall progress of the project and reflected on the outcomes achieved so far. Partners presented the learning materials they had developed, followed by discussions assessing their quality, relevance, and readiness for inclusion in the final project report. This collaborative evaluation ensured that all outputs meet high standards and are suitable for practical implementation.
In addition, the meeting provided an opportunity to focus on dissemination strategies and long-term sustainability. Partners discussed ways to effectively share the project results with wider audiences and considered how the developed tools and methodologies could continue to be used and adapted within their respective organizations after the project’s official conclusion.
As a result of the INCLUVET project, a diverse collection of educational materials has been created to support the implementation of inclusive practices in vocational education. These include innovative lesson plans, pedagogical training resources for educators, and digital tools designed to support learners. Together, these outputs help teachers address the varied needs of students, making the learning process more flexible, engaging, and practical.
